bbipe respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable Portuguese law.

When you use bbipe to run your shop, you may also be a controller of your end customers' data, including contacts, orders and conversation history.

Account and contract data: name, email, phone, company, address, tax ID where applicable, billing details and language preferences.

Platform usage data: access logs, backoffice actions, integration settings, technical logs and performance metrics.

Data processed on your behalf: messages, comments, orders, payments, stock, end-customer data and content published on connected social networks.

Support data: demo requests, chat conversations, tickets and communications with our team.

We provide the contracted service, including sales management, social integrations, mobile app and SaaS features — contract performance.

We process payments, issue invoices and manage renewals — contract performance and legal obligation.

We improve the platform, fix issues, ensure security and prevent abuse — legitimate interest.

We send service communications, relevant updates and, when authorized, commercial information — contract performance or consent.

We may share data with service providers that support platform operations, such as hosting, transactional email, payments, analytics and technical support, always under appropriate data protection agreements.

Integrations you choose — Meta, TikTok, WhatsApp and others — receive only the information required to operate, according to your authorizations.

We do not sell personal data to third parties. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect bbipe's legitimate rights.

We retain data while you maintain an active account and for the period required to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

After cancellation, we may retain anonymized or aggregated data for statistics, as well as information required by law for applicable statutory periods.

You may request deletion when there is no longer a legal or contractual basis for retention.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as provided by law.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

You may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD) if you believe your rights have not been respected.
