By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using bbipe, you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you act on behalf of a company, you declare that you have authority to bind it to these terms.

bbipe is a social commerce SaaS platform for managing sales, messages, orders, stock, payments, live streams and social network integrations.

Specific features depend on your subscribed plan, active integrations and the technical availability of external platforms.

Additional services, such as custom apps or bespoke development, may be subject to a commercial proposal and specific conditions.

You are responsible for the accuracy of registration data, credential confidentiality and all actions performed under your account.

You must ensure authorized team members comply with these terms and use the platform lawfully.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected compromise of access.

Prices, limits and features for each plan are described on the pricing page and may be updated with reasonable prior notice.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled.

Late payment may result in suspension or limited access until regularization.

Refunds, when applicable, follow the commercial policy communicated at purchase or agreed in writing.

You agree to use bbipe in compliance with the law, integrated social network policies and third-party rights.

It is prohibited to use the platform for spam, fraud, unlawful content, intrusion attempts, unauthorized reverse engineering or intentional system overload.

bbipe may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the platform or other customers.

When you process end-customer data through bbipe, you are responsible for informing them appropriately and ensuring a lawful basis for processing.

bbipe generally acts as a processor for such data, handling it only according to your lawful instructions and to provide the service.

bbipe, its software, brand, interface, documentation and proprietary content belong to bbipe or its licensors.

You grant us a limited license to host, process and display content you submit to the platform solely to provide the service.

You retain ownership of your business data, catalog, brand and content you upload or manage on the platform.

We aim to keep the platform available and secure, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

We may perform maintenance, updates and improvements, including feature changes, with prior notice when reasonably possible.

Third-party integrations depend on those services' APIs and policies and may change outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bbipe shall not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits or damages resulting from third-party unavailability, account misuse or breach of social network policies.

bbipe's total liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid for the service in the relevant billing period, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

You may cancel your subscription according to the process available in the platform or by contacting support.

After termination, access ends at the end of the billed period unless otherwise agreed. You may export data while the account remains active, as made available.

bbipe may close accounts for serious breach, fraud or security risk, with notice when appropriate.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Portugal.
